Does Insurance Pay For My Screening?

Private insurance companies do not cover the cost of screening procedures. Medicare now allows for a one time abdominal aorta screening for certain individuals who fall within specific risk factor guidelines. All other screenings, both Medicare and private, require payment in advance.
