Appointments may be scheduled during normal office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you are a new patient, you should arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we may complete the registration process. Please have your insurance card with you, as we will need this for your medical record and to verify benefits. It is also important that you bring your medication with you for each visit.
