IMA is pleased to announce the association of two new providers.

Theresa (Tracey) Whitright started her career with IMA as a nurse practitioner in 2013 after obtaining her Masters of Science from Clemson University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tracey's interests as a practitioner include working with the IMA physicians to promote the health and wellbeing of our patients using a holistic approach. She is interested in the management of chronic diseases and well as acute healthcare illnesses. Tracey loves living in South Carolina with the many outdoor activities. She enjoys hiking, white water kayaking and waterskiing.

Melissa Odorisio has been working as a Physician Assistant since 2010 in the primary and urgent care setting. While this has been fulfilling, she found adult medicine, especially women's health and disease prevention to be an area of special interest. Melissa graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 with a Bachelor in Biology and Spanish Literature. She continued her education and graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She speaks fluent Spanish and volunteers as an interpreter at MUSC and other satellite offices. Personally, she enjoys the outdoors and being physically active. She just completed her first half ironman distance triathlon. One of her personal goals to is help keep patients healthy so they can continue to participate in activities they enjoy.
